Damage, Loss & Liability Policy
We carefully inspect every rental item before and after use. While normal wear is expected, customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all items during the rental period.General Responsibility
Once delivered, all rental items become the responsibility of the customer until they are returned or collected by our team.What’s Covered
- Normal wear and tear such as light surface scratches or scuffing.
- Minor cleaning needed due to standard usage.
What’s Not Covered
- Lost or missing items (e.g., chairs, covers, tablecloths, décor, etc.).
- Broken, torn, or heavily stained items.
- Damage caused by water, fire, or extreme conditions.
- Improper handling, negligence, or misuse of equipment.
Damage Charges
If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged up to the full replacement cost as listed in our inventory. Repairable damages may incur additional service or cleaning fees.Reporting Issues
- Please inspect items upon delivery and contact our support team immediately if any item arrives damaged.
- Submit supporting photos within 24 hours for documentation.
- We will work quickly to provide a replacement or resolve the issue where possible.
