Rental Terms & Conditions

At Adrenaline, we aim to provide a seamless and professional rental experience. Please read the terms below carefully before placing an order.

Rental Period

Your rental period starts from the selected check-in date and ends on the check-out date. Items must be returned or ready for pickup at the agreed time.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your booking.
• Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), and MMG Checkout for secure online payments.
• Late payments may delay delivery or booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3 days of the event may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the event date once the booking is confirmed.
• Changes to rental items or dates are subject to availability.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup are offered at an additional fee based on location.
• You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed time.
• Missed pickups or deliveries may result in rescheduling charges.
